Mustek MDC800

I bought this from the leftovers of Caldera Germany, the development center of Caldera where I worked until mid 2002. gphoto 0.4.3 had a mdc800 driver, which worked on top of a kernel module. I ported it to gphoto2, but since libgphoto2 is userspace based, we cannot handle the USB interrupt endpoint stuff we need, so it currently is not working.
